Pre-declare your flights when traveling to Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport (ZSHC/ HGH)

  • If you’re flying to ZSHC, you must pre-declare all your international flights one working day before 1500 local time. If you’re flying on a weekend or on Monday, declare it before 1500 local time on Friday.

Flying to Wenzhou Longwan International Airport (ZSWZ/WNZ)?

  • Traveling on a business jet to ZSWS? The airport is not allowing business jets, even for a short turn around. Only one small parking stand is available, that too for a business jet with less than 30M wingspan or length.

  • Does your flight crew have a C-Type Chinese visa? Except for C-type, no other Chinese visa is acceptable.

Is your flight plan for your trip to Beijing Capital International Airport (ZBAA/ PEK) ready?

  • Make sure to submit flight plans with hard copies to ATC 150 minutes prior to the departure of your flight.
  • If you’ve submitted two or more flight plans for the same schedule, the latest one will be considered as the official one
